I love colorful and cute designs, that is one of the reasons why I chose to work in the baby photography industry. This weekend I am spending some good times participating in my work’s event “gingersnaps and junia photocontest”. I get to see cute toddlers and their excited parents and get to check gingersnaps wonderful clothes collection. Go check out their collections here and also don’t forget to check junia too!

Recently I started a new job (woohoo!) and my daily commute changed very drastically: things like the time it takes to get there, the type of people I see every day, the food around me, and the architecture. Especially the architecture. I went from meandering around old, low buildings in SoHo and Chelsea to weaving through high-rise central in Midtown. It has certainly been an adjustment, but one thing that makes my day every time I see it is the Bloomberg Tower. The arches are beautiful and I feel like I am in “the future” (as defined by old sci-fi movie memories) every time I walk through the center of the promenade designed into the base. I also love standing below it and just looking up. In NYC there are so many straight lines everywhere that it’s refreshing to see a massive curve shaping the sky. I hear that there are tons of cool galleries inside (and lots of free snacks!) so hopefully I will get a chance to explore inside one day. – Grazina Snipas

First look from the National Stationary Show with Figs & Ginger! – Lizzie Britton
Here are some fun photos of the road trip from Asheville to New York City for the National Stationary Show with Figs & Ginger’s Rhonda & Elijah Wyman. – Lizzie Britton
As much as I like the city life with all its people and the hustle and bustle, I really enjoy some rare getaways. So last week my friends and I took a trip to the Baltic Sea. It is only a 3-hour train ride, but once you touch the sanded ground and gaze out at the glittery blue of the water and hear the sound of the waves, it seems like a whole different planet.
Since it is still pre-season, everything was pleasantly quiet and empty. It was great to pause for a few days before returning to hectic daily life again. – Julia
Here’s a sneak peek of To & From with Love’s new promotional piece! I am heading to NYC tomorrow for the National Stationary Show to help out my good friends Figs & Ginger. For the past week I’ve been crazily printing away at Bookworks, and I’m so happy to now have this four-color letterpress postcard series, which was designed by the To & From team: Julia, Sally and I. Be on the lookout for more posts from the show! – Lizzie Britton
